Cooking Up Something Delicious with Malaya Eats
It’s no surprise that our team at Design on Edge loves to celebrate and uplift our favorite food spots around Reno. Which is why when our friends at local food truck, Malaya Eats needed a website, we were more than willing to create a site for them that reflected their values of community, culture, and delicious food. Our team had the opportunity to try their food at a wedding that they were catering and fell in love with their food and the family behind the company.
While their brand was already established, our challenge was to develop a website that felt like an extension of their brand while still showcasing the personality of the family behind Malaya Eats. We added support colors that felt organic and healthy and graphics that represented their Filipino culture, while also integrating the Tagalog language throughout the site.
What came about was a beautifully designed website that invites their viewers to come experience the familial love immersed in every plate from Malaya Eats.
